Lena Meadowcroft recently filed an ICANN dispute trying to steal our domain to shut this website down to silence people telling the stories of their experience in being conned by her. Throughout the dispute, she made multiple fraudulent claims that she owns a trademark on this domain name. The truth is that she doesn’t own a trademark on the domain—she has only applied for a trademark, and it has not been approved or even reviewed by an examiner, for that matter. She has no valid trademark claim. Additionally, she applied for the trademark after the domain was already registered, so she has no legal standing even if her trademark is eventually approved
This is just more evidence of the fraudulent and criminal behavior Lena Meadowcroft consistently engages in.
